Law on Red Cross of Republic of Kosovo

Remark: Law is approved by Assembly, date 10.06.2010 and promulgated by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kosovo No. DL-025-2010, date 02.07.2010 Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo by the Judgment No.KO157/18 dated 28 March 2019 decided that paragraph 1.7. of Article 14 of the Law No. 03/L-179 on the red Cross of the Republic of Kosovo is invalid
