Law on on Games of Chance

This Law defines and regulates the conditions, ways and entities that organize and practice the Games of Chance, types of Games of Chance, basic principles of rules for the systematization of incomes from the Games of Chance, establishment, legal position, governing and the management of the lottery of Kosovo, compensation for practicing the Games of Chance, supervision, violation penalties and other issues important for the Games of Chance in Kosovo.
